Man made Island - need some oceanfront property???

this is a "megastructure" (seen it on TLC) that the country is about to run our of oil, so they were looking for ways for the country/city not to die.

• Jumeirah - is almost finished houses and businesses...supposed to be done end of 2007
• Jebel - started after sand was formed on the first
• The World - is started
• Deira - is slotted to start after Jebel is done
